Welcome to ColoringPocket. By using the site you agree to these terms — they're short and written in plain English. The gist: the tool is free, your photos stay yours, and so do the coloring pages you make.

1. The service

ColoringPocket converts photos you upload in your browser into printable coloring pages, free of charge. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

2. Your photos and your rights

Your photos are used only to create your coloring page — never sold, never shared (see our privacy policy). You keep all rights to your photos and to the coloring pages you create from them. You may use the output for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes — print it, color it, share it with your kids, your class, or your social feed. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you convert — don't upload photos of other people without their permission, and don't upload copyrighted material you don't control.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create content that is illegal, harassing, or sexual in nature, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the site. Automated bulk downloading of the free gallery may be rate-limited to keep it available for everyone.

4. Gallery content

Ready-made pages in our free coloring library are for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. We respect intellectual property: original character themes use our own interpretations, not official artwork, and we respond to valid takedown requests within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual property

The ColoringPocket name, logo, site design, and original gallery artwork belong to ColoringPocket and may not be copied or redistributed as part of a competing service. The coloring pages you generate from your own photos belong entirely to you.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColoringPocket is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including print quality issues or data loss on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced on the site before taking effect.
